What is Klarna?
Klarna is an alternative online payment method that gives your clients more flexibility when paying for their appointments online.
How to Activate Klarna
You can activate Klarna directly from:
Menu → Settings → Online Payment → Settings
From this same screen, you can also set a minimum amount required for Klarna to be offered as a payment option to your clients at checkout.
How It Works for the Client
When Klarna is available, the client can choose to
Pay 100% upfront, or
Pay in 3 interest-free installments
How It Works for You
The client's choice has no impact on you:
You receive the full amount, minus the transaction fees
Payout happens within 2 business days, just like standard online payments

Transaction fees
Klarna's transaction fees differ from standard online payment fees and vary by country. You can see the fees that apply Menu → Settings → Online Payment → Settings The exact fees applicable to your account/country will be displayed in detail next to the Klarna activation tick box.
