How to block off time in a day

Block off part of the day if you can't take any bookings for that period during the day.

Creating a block

Old timetable

Head to your Timetable and select the appropriate time slot (the time that the block should start).

Then, select Block Slot.

Give a reason for the block under Block Name, and choose the Length of the block.

Confirm by clicking Block.

Note: Whatever you write in the block name is for your eyes only. Your customers will never see the reason for the block.

​New timetable

Head to your Timetable and select the appropriate time slot (the time that the block should start) and select Block time.

Give a reason for the block under Block Name, and choose the Length of the block, before clicking Continue to create the block.

New timetable

Head to your Timetable and select the appropriate time slot (the time that the block should start) and select Block time.

Give a reason for the block under Block Name, and choose the Length of the block, before clicking Continue to create the block.

Creating a repeating block

Old timetable

If you would like the block to be repeated, follow the steps above and then click Show repeat options.

Select how many days/weeks you’d like to repeat this block and then click Block to confirm.

New Timetable

If you would like the block to be repeated, follow the steps above, but before confirming the block click Repeat booking.

Then, select the repeat frequency and the number of repetitions before clicking Continue to create the block.
