1) Select Timetable and find the day you require.
2) Select Options next to the staff member’s name, then click Close entire day.
3) Give a reason for the closure.
Whatever you write here will be displayed to your customers for them to see why a day has been blocked off. You can leave the field blank if you prefer!
4) Customise the message that will be sent to customers whose bookings will be affected.
5) Choose how long the block will last under Repeat within week.
6) If you want the block to repeat weekly, select the number of weeks to repeat under Repeat.
7) Choose if you want to contact the affected customers or not.
8) Select the bookings to cancel.
9) Confirm by clicking Create Block.
