Head to the Timetable and find the day you'd like to block.

Click on the drop down next to the staff member’s name, then click Block day.

Enter a reason for the closure.

Whatever you write here will be displayed to your customers for them to see why a day has been blocked off. You can leave the field blank if you prefer!

Optionally, choose how long the block will last under Repeat within week.

Then, select the appointments you wish to cancel.

If online payment and/or in-store payments are enabled on your system, choose if you want to refund the appointments paid online or via card-reader:

And choose if you want to contact any affected customers or not by ticking the Email and SMS boxes. You can also customise the message that will be sent to customers whose bookings will be affected.
