How to Send a Marketing Campaign

Use a Marketing Campaign to contact your customers and promote your business with information about any special offers, new services etc.

Get Started

Select Business Boosters in the side menu of your Admin dashboard, then click Marketing.

Click on Create Your Next Campaign and then choose the format of your Marketing Campaign: Email, SMS, Social Media or Trackable link.

Email / SMS Campaigns

👥 Select your audience

Select which customers you would like to send the marketing campaign to from the options shown.

Note: We set a default limit that prevents clients from being contacted more than once every 7 days. You can remove this by clicking the Change button in the banner at the top of your screen:

🕑 Select when to send

Choose when to send the marketing promotion.

  • Send Now
    To send the campaign immediately.

  • Send Later
    To schedule it for some point in the future.

  • Automatic Send
    To send to customers if/when they match the criteria you selected previously. If you choose an automated campaign, you can set two limits: the spacing between each send (so your customers don’t get emailed or texted too frequently) and the maximum number of sends (so there’s a limit on how many times each customer will receive an email or SMS from this campaign).

You can also add any additional filters to the customers who will receive the campaign, e.g. shop, staff member or service.

📝 Design and send your campaign

Click Next: Create your message and then design your message. You can upload an image which will be attached to an email campaign. You can personalise emails by using the % variables in the message box. These will automatically insert information such as your customer's name into your marketing!

These codes are replaced by information about the client within the final content, for example:

%recipient.name% ➡️ Joe Blogs

Click Next: Preview message. This will show you a preview of your campaign. If you are not happy with it, click Edit message under the preview to make further changes.

Once you are happy, click Send and watch the bookings roll in!

Tip: You can easily track how many clicks and bookings your campaign has generated. Simply click on the relevant campaign from your marketing dashboard, then select Performance to view a graph showing the bookings and revenue it has produced.



Social Media / Trackable Link Campaigns

Select which Social Media platform you're using, or select Trackable Link.

For a social media campaign, describe the marketing you're doing, and then click Share to open a new tab where you can write your marketing post.


If you're using a trackable link, simply copy the link into your marketing.


The system will track all clicks, registrations, bookings & product sales made as a result of the marketing as well as the overall Value of the campaign.
