Add a customer to the booking system
Head to Customers and click the green Add a new customer box to get started.
Set Create a customer login to Yes if you'd like the customer to be able to log in and make online bookings themselves:
Choose whether to generate the customer a password randomly or enter their password manually. Click Save when you're done!
The customer will then be emailed their login, password and confirmation email that they will have to check before they begin booking with you.
If your customer doesn't require the ability to log in to their account, you can toggle Create customer login to No.
This allows you to save their name and phone number in the system so they can receive reminders for appointments you create on their behalf.
Add a customer whilst creating an appointment
Head to the Timetable and click the free slot to begin creating the customer's appointment.
Select Add Customer to the system:
Input the new customer's details and select Save.
The new customer will then be emailed a login, password and confirmation email.
