How to adjust your working hours
Within Settings -> Staff Rota, click on a day that needs changing and set the working times.
If their day is split into two shifts (e.g. 09:00-12:00, 15:00-18:00), click [Add More Times]
to set this:
Choose how to repeat this setting (No Repeat / Repeat Weekly / Repeat Fortnightly) before clicking [Preview New Timetable]
followed by [Save Changes]
. Repeat this for other days as necessary.
What if appointments need to be cancelled?
The system will warn you if the change affects any existing appointments. If you proceed to cancel appointments, the customers will be notified by email:
