How to Move a Booking

If you or your customer can no longer make their appointment, reschedule the booking for another time rather than cancelling and re-booking.

To get started, head to to your Timetable and click on the relevant booking.

Click on the menu (3-dots icon) and select Reschedule from the list:

Select the available slot that you would like to move the booking to.

Double-check the details and select how you would like to contact the customer with confirmation of the change.

Click Confirm to move the appointment.
