How to Move a Booking

If you or your customer can no longer make their appointment, reschedule the booking for another time rather than cancelling and re-booking.

1) Go to your Timetable and click on the relevant booking.

2) Click Move.

3) Select the available slot that you would like to move the booking to.

4) Double check the details and select how you would like to contact the customer with confirmation of the change.

5) Confirm by clicking Move.

Tip: Customers are not able to move appointments themselves. If a customer wishes to move their appointment, they should contact you and you can arrange the change.
