Within Business Boosters > Discounts & Premiums, you can create a discount (e.g. £10 off) or premium (e.g. 20% surcharge on Saturdays):
You can configure settings such as:
- Apply the discount to bookings (i.e. services) / products: Note that customers cannot apply discount codes to gift vouchers - this is to protect against abuse as otherwise the customer can endlessly buy more (multiplying each round) using both the discount and purchased vouchers.
- Public description: This appears during customer booking to explain the price adjustment - example:
- Only applicable to first-time bookings: For discounts aimed at new clients - applicable to their first appointment.
- Limit the number of uses: How many times can it be used per customer? Leave it blank for unlimited applications.
- Require the customer to enter a code when booking: The customer can enter it here when booking:
- Restrict to certain weekdays: If for example, you want to restrict it to Monday-Wednesday:
