How to Set Up and Use Gentle Rebooking Nudges

Rebooking Nudges automatically sends a friendly invitation to customers who haven’t re-booked in the 30 days after their last appointment.

Rebooking Nudges sends a friendly prompt to customers who haven’t re-booked in the 30 days after their last appointment, inviting them to book in. Once you have set up your message, they continue to send automatically to all customers on your marketing list who have not re-booked in 30 days. You don’t have to lift a finger!

To set up rebooking nudges:

1) Go to Business Boosters -> Marketing.

2) From the list of pre-made templates, select Gentle Rebooking Nudges.

3) Customise the message that will be sent to your customers.

  • Use the tags in the box below to automatically fill in information such as the customer’s name and to insert a trackable link to your booking system.

  • All bookings that are made through this link will be tracked, allowing you to see how many bookings are generated by your rebooking prompts.

4) Click Next to preview your message.

5) Confirm by clicking Send Marketing Email.

Tip: To see how many bookings have been generated by the rebooking nudges, go to Business Boosters -> Marketing -> Automated Campaigns -> View -> Performance.
