To get started, head to ‘Business Boosters’ -> ‘Memberships’ -> click ‘Add a Membership’.

Give your membership a:

  • Name
The name of the membership, this will show publicly to customers.

  • Price per month
The price your customers will pay each month.

  • Description
A description of the membership. We recommend including a summary of all of the benefits, as well as the cancellation policy.

When your membership has been created, it’s time to add some benefits. Click the green ‘Add Benefit’ button to get started.

Then, set up your benefits in the same way you would set up a discount. You can choose to:

  • Reduce the price by a fixed amount or a percentage

  • Limit the number of uses per month

  • Restrict the discount to only work on certain days/times of the week

  • Restrict the benefit to only work in certain shops or with certain members of staff

  • Set the discount to only apply certain services.

Note: When a membership is active, clients will receive the benefits for appointments booked on any dates, not just within the membership period.

You can add multiple benefits to a membership scheme, so for example you could offer 10% off Service A and £5 off Service B on the same scheme.

Tip: If more than one discount/premium or membership benefit would apply to a booking, the one that gives the lowest price to the customer will be selected. For example, if a premium of 10% and a membership benefit with a discount of 30% both apply, the 30% discount will be applied and the premium will be ignored.
