How to automatically send pre-appointment and aftercare emails

Automatically send an email to customers before and/or after their appointment, with information about preparation and aftercare.

These emails can be set up as an automated marketing campaign, which will be sent to customers 24 hours before their appointment, or shortly after their appointment has taken place.

If the instructions need to be different for different services, you can set up multiple emails and limit each one to only send to people who book certain services.

Get Started

Head to Business Boosters > Marketing and select ‘Pre-appointment instructions’ or ‘Aftercare instructions’ from the list of pre-made templates.

Apply any additional filters to limit the emails to only bookings for certain services or with certain staff members, then click ‘Create Your Message

Customise the message to include all of the information your customers need to know, and then select ‘Preview Message’ to see how the email will appear to your clients.

When you're ready, click ‘Send Marketing Email’ to set it running.

Note: These emails do not stick to the list of customers who have opted-in to receive marketing. So it’s important to only include essential information that customers need to know - not marketing.
