How to remove an admin login

Suspend/revoke a staff member's admin account.

Note: Staff logins are separate from barber/therapist records. To remove a barber/therapist from the booking system, see this article.

Within Settings -> Barber/Therapist Logins, you can choose to either:

  • Revoke admin access
    Convert the staff login to a customer record - they can log in to book appointments but not access the admin booking system.

  • Suspend
    Disable access without converting to a customer record.

Suspend

Click [Suspend] against the login:

The login will be disabled and moved to the [Suspended] list at the top-right, where you can choose to unsuspend it if required again:

Revoke admin access

Click [Edit] against the login followed by [Revoke admin access] on the pop-up form:

It will then appear as a record in the Customers section. You can revert this by clicking [Make admin] on the customer record:
