We generally advise against using a shared account because:
It is difficult to suspend individual users when they leave the business.
For booking-related actions, the system cannot audit which user did it.
Users can see the same conversations with the Support Team.
We recommend giving each user their own login with the appropriate admin restrictions - see this article for an explanation.
A shared account may be used on a shared shop iPad/tablet, but ensure that it has the appropriate admin restrictions to prevent users from seeing information they should not be allowed to, and do not share the password.
