How to amend a customer review

Request a review to be corrected.

Please note:

  • Reviews cannot be deleted, but note that any rated below 5 stars will not be shown on your website homepage by default.

  • We cannot amend reviews on Google.

If a customer submitted a review incorrectly or has changed their opinion, ask them by email to confirm what star rating (out of 5) and comment they want to replace it with.

Then forward their response to support@nearcut.com or support@bookinbeautiful.com mentioning the customer name and date of their review. We will let you know once the review has been amended.
