Please avoid using the Book Now button here as according to multiple reports, this is prone to issues on the New Pages Experience version which Facebook pages are transitioning to.

On your Facebook business page, follow the below instructions according to your page version (either Classic Pages or New Pages Experience). Note that the instructions are for desktop and the steps may differ on mobile (browser or app).

Classic Pages version

If your page has a Home tab:

Instructions

Add your website link in the About section. Scroll down on your page to edit this:

You can find your booking link within Business Boosters > Marketing > [Free promotional material] (at the bottom). If you have your own (custom) website, just enter your preferred link.

Then, add/edit the page's action button and select Contact Us:

Enter your website link and save:

If you notice a Message button appears first or in its place:

You will need to delete it for Contact Us to take priority.

New Pages Experience version

If your page has a Posts tab:

Add your website link in the About section. Within the About tab, click Add a website:

You can find your booking link within Business Boosters > Marketing > [Free promotional material] (at the bottom). If you have your own (custom) website, just enter your preferred link.

Linking Instagram

Edit your business page's profile on the Instagram mobile app:

  • Bio: Enter something like Book Here:

You can find your booking link within Business Boosters > Marketing > [Free promotional material] (at the bottom). If you have your own (custom) website, just enter your preferred link.

It will show on your page like this:

Book Now button (advanced setup)

  • A Facebook business account is required. If you do not have one, skip the video to the simple method.

  • If you are a Book in Beautiful user, select the Book Now partner Book in Beautiful instead of Nearcut.

  • After entering your booking system link, you may be prompted to log in to your admin account and possibly repeat some steps after to proceed.

If you encounter any issues with this, please opt for the simpler setup noted earlier.
