Setting up commission
Within Settings > My Business, edit the staff member's record to set their commission percentages for appointments and product sales (if enabled):
Upon saving, it will be indicated against their record:

If a product is sold on its own (i.e. without an appointment) and you want to record commission against a staff member, tap [Edit]
on the sale record:
Followed by [Record commission]
to select the staff member:
How commission is recorded
Once a staff member's commission is set up, within Reports > Commission, you can view the calculated totals for bookings/products/both based on the configured percentages - example with 50% commission:
Note that the system does not auto-allocate commission amounts to the staff's bank account. If online or in-store card payments are enabled, the paid amounts go in full to the staff's designated merchant account as configured within Settings > Online Payments > [Settings]:
The shop manager should use the Commission report to determine how much to manually allocate (e.g. via bank transfer), and operate this on their own schedule (e.g. weekly, monthly).
