Update pricing immediately

If you want to schedule a price change for a future date, please scroll down to Scheduling a future price change.

Within Settings > My Services > Price Change, click [New Price Change] against the relevant shop record:

Click the pencil button to edit a price, followed by the tick button once done:

Once all is ticked/saved, carefully review the entire price list before clicking [Schedule Changes] - then set today's date to update the prices immediately. If you tick Update existing upcoming appointments and email the affected customers, it will update the prices of those future appointments which have already been booked, and affected customers will receive an email informing them that the price of their upcoming appointment has been changed to the new price:

If you just need to quickly edit some prices without updating existing upcoming appointments, within Settings > My Business, navigate to the staff member's service list where you can edit each service's price:

Note that each staff member's prices are independent of each other, and so need to be updated individually if needed.

When a customer tries to book an updated service from the scheduled date (e.g. 30/01/2023) onwards, they will be informed of the price change on the confirmation page - example:

Once the scheduled date is reached, the current prices within Settings > My Business will be updated accordingly.
