To upload/edit your documents, head to Settings > General > Manage Legal Documents in the top-right corner.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
This is where you can summarise your key booking terms to be displayed to customers during the booking process and on confirmation & reminder emails.
Terms & Conditions
All customers must agree to the standard Nearcut / Book in Beautiful booking terms & conditions, but you can also add your own terms & conditions if you’d like, e.g. information about liability, conditions for the services, pricing policy, refund policy etc.
Privacy Policy
You can also upload your own privacy policy with information about how personal data will be used. If you don’t set your own custom privacy policy, the standard Nearcut / Book in Beautiful privacy policy template will be used instead.
Tip: Whenever updates or changes are made to your terms & conditions or privacy policy, we recommend that you click the orange button to require all customers to agree to your latest policies when they next log in. All customers will also be emailed to let them know.
