How to access the settings page
Head to Notifications / Alerts and click the Settings ⚙️ icon to get started:
⚠️Can't find the Notifications / Alerts tab?
Contact Support via the 'Help' button and we'll help you enable this within your system.
Choose who you receive notifications for
First, choose which shops and/or staff members you would like to receive notifications for:
Select Restrict notifications to staff members and select the staff members you would like to receive notifications for:
Choose which notifications you receive
Then, choose which notifications you would like to receive and how you would like to receive them:
App = In-App / Push notifications
Email = Email notifications
Once you're done, remember to click Save Settings to confirm the changes.
Not receiving push notifications?
If you aren't receiving push notifications, please make sure you have installed your booking system as an app on your device and enabled notifications when prompted.
After you've done that, you will receive push notifications like so:
