Who can update a Premium subscription?

As described in the User roles documentation, only an account Administrator can update the Premium subscription of a Neatro account.

I'd like to switch from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan (or vice-versa). What should I do?

From Monthly to Annual

Here is what we suggest you to do:

1/ Cancel your Monthly plan.

2/ Wait until the end of your Monthly plan.

3/ Upgrade to Premium and choose an Annual plan. You can update your credit card info at the same time, if needed.

From Annual to Monthly

Pretty much the same procedure here. Here is what we suggest you to do:

1/ Cancel your Annual plan.

2/ Wait until the end of your Annual plan.

3/ Upgrade to Premium and choose a Monthly plan. You can update your credit card info at the same time, if needed.
