Can't Find Region
The "Region" section of the language section isn't necessarily where you currently live, but rather the regional accent with which you speak the chosen language.
For non-native languages, you can choose the region (accent/spelling) that you have learned at school or that you are more exposed to.
For instance, if you are French, but have an American parent who taught you English, you could mark the "United States" as your linguistic "Region" even if that is not where you currently live.
Also, for English, if you are used to write 'center', 'license', 'organize', 'humor', 'traveling' instead of 'centre', licence', organise', 'humour' and 'travelling', you should chose United States as the region (and not United Kingdom).
If you're able to find a language that's supported on the platform, but can't find the appropriate region where that language is spoken, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can add the missing region!
