The flow of calls depends on the influx of people available at any given time, so sometimes, there are simply no jobs available. However, if you’d like to double-check:
1. Try doing a refresh on the agent tool [Control (Command) + F5]
2. Go to the dashboard and check the current state of jobs – make sure you’ve entered a job where customers are waiting.
3. Should you still not receive a call, check with our support team.
