Activate your physical card
As an added security measure, your card needs to be activated before it can be used for online and contactless payments.
You can activate your physical card in two ways:
Enter your card PIN when making your first payment at a point-of-sale terminal.
Enter your card’s identifier in your Web Banking app.
Activating your physical card
To activate your physical card using the Neno app, follow these steps:
Go to Cards.
Select the Physical card tab.
Click Activate, which triggers a popup to appear.
If you have any issues activating your card, submit a request to Swan Support.
