After you complete payment for your BV incorporation:
Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email with the next steps.
Identification: All founders and directors are required to verify their identity before the process can continue.
Notary processing: Once identification is complete, your incorporation documents are submitted to the notary. The notary may contact you directly with additional questions or requests. You are required to respond to these before the process can continue.
KvK registration: After approval, the notary registers your BV with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
Completion: You will receive your KvK number and an official extract of your company.
Next steps: With your KvK registration, you can proceed to open a business bank account.
Processing times depend on the selected package (Standard, Fast, or Urgent) and may also be affected by how quickly you respond to any requests from the notary.
