After the notary has started processing: Changes may require formal amendments and could incur additional costs and delays. Processing times and feasibility depend on the specific change requested.
After incorporation is complete: Certain changes, such as company name or articles of association, require a new notarial deed. Other changes, such as address or directors, can be updated directly via the KvK (Chamber of Commerce).
