I haven't received my account ready email

The "Account Ready" email is only sent after successful completion of all verification steps, including KYC and any required additional checks. If you haven't received it, here are a few things to check:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder β€” emails may come from either Neno or the banking partner and may be filtered.

  2. Verify your identity β€” if you haven't completed identity verification yet, that's the next step. Check your inbox for a verification email.

  3. Allow processing time β€” after completing verification, it can take several business days for approval. Delays can occur if verification is incomplete, documents are rejected, or additional information is required.

  4. Log in to app.neno.co β€” your dashboard shows the real-time status of your account setup. This is the most reliable way to check your account status, especially if there are email delivery issues.
