If your card is lost or stolen, block it immediately:
Log in to app.neno.co
Go to Cards in the left sidebar
Select the card you need to block
Use the block/freeze option in the card settings
Blocking your card prevents any new transactions from being authorized. If your card was stolen, we also recommend contacting support@neno.co so we can monitor for any suspicious activity and help you order a replacement card.
Act quickly β the sooner you block a lost or stolen card, the better protected you are.
