3D Secure (3DS) is an additional security layer for online card payments. When you make a purchase online with your Neno card, you may be asked to verify the transaction through a push notification, SMS code, or in-app confirmation.
This helps prevent unauthorized use of your card for online purchases. When triggered, you'll receive a notification asking you to approve or decline the transaction. If you approve it, the payment goes through. If you don't recognize the transaction, decline it and contact support@neno.co immediately.
