Neno provides both virtual and physical debit cards:
Virtual cards are available immediately when your account is activated. They can be used for online purchases, added to Apple Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments, and have their own card number, expiry date, and CVV visible in the app.
Physical cards are plastic cards delivered to your address. They can be used for in-store chip-and-PIN and contactless payments, as well as ATM withdrawals. Physical cards need to be ordered separately and activated once received.
Both card types share the same spending limits and are linked to your Neno account.
