The legal representative is the person who has ultimate authority over the account and is typically the director of the BV. To change the legal representative, contact support@neno.co with the details of the new legal representative.
This process requires the new legal representative to complete identity verification and may require supporting documentation (such as a KvK extract showing the change of directors). The change cannot be done self-service in the app — our team will guide you through the process.
