Your Neno account shows several balance types:
Available balance: The amount you can spend right now. This is your booked balance minus any reserved (pending) amounts.
Booked balance: The total of all confirmed (settled) transactions. This is your official account balance.
Reserved/Pending: Amounts that have been authorized but not yet settled. For example, a card payment at a restaurant may show as reserved until the merchant finalizes the charge.
You can view your balances at the top of your dashboard when you log in to app.neno.co.
