Managing Your Neno Account

This article covers how to manage your Neno business bank account: adding team members, updating your details, and configuring account settings.

Account Members and Permissions

Your Neno account supports multiple team members, each with their own login and permissions. This allows your team to access the banking dashboard without sharing credentials.

Adding a New Member

To invite someone to your account:

  1. Go to Members in the sidebar

  2. Click Add a member

  3. Enter the person's name and email address

  4. Select their permission level

  5. Send the invitation

The new member will receive an email invitation. They'll need to complete identity verification before gaining full access.

Permission Levels

Account members can have different permission levels that control what they can do:

  • Can view account and initiate payments — View transactions and create transfers (may require approval)

  • Can manage account membership — Add or remove team members

  • Can manage cards — Order and manage debit cards

  • Can manage beneficiaries — Add and edit saved payment recipients

The legal representative of the company always has full access to all account features.

Changing the Legal Representative

If your company's legal representative changes, this must be updated through a formal process. Contact Neno support to initiate a legal representative change — this typically requires updated company registration documents (KVK extract) showing the new director.

Updating Your Personal Details

Email Address

To update your email address, go to your profile settings within the banking dashboard and request an email change. A verification email will be sent to both your old and new email addresses for security.

Phone Number

Phone number changes can be initiated from your profile settings. Since your phone number is used for security verification (SCA), you may need to complete additional identity confirmation.

Company Address

To update your registered company address, go to AccountSettings in the sidebar. Address changes may require verification, especially if the new address is in a different country.

Account Settings

Account settings are accessible from AccountSettings in the sidebar. From here you can view and manage your account's spending and transfer limits, see your account membership details, and access account documents and legal information.
