If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times in a row, your card will be temporarily blocked for security purposes. This prevents unauthorized use if someone else is attempting to use your card.
To unblock your card after incorrect PIN attempts:
Go to Cards in the sidebar
Select the blocked card
Look for the option to view your PIN to remind yourself of the correct code
Make a successful transaction with the correct PIN β this should unblock the card
If your card remains blocked, contact support through the chat or at support@neno.co and we can help resolve it. For security, never share your PIN with anyone.
