Yes, you can close your Neno bank account. Before requesting closure, make sure:
Your account balance is zero — Transfer any remaining funds to another account
There are no pending transactions — Wait for all transfers to be fully processed
All cards are cancelled — Block and cancel any active physical or virtual cards
No active standing orders remain — Cancel any recurring payments
To close your account, contact Neno support at support@neno.co. We'll guide you through the process and ensure everything is properly settled.
