If you notice unauthorized transactions or suspect someone has accessed your account, act immediately:
Block your cards — Go to Cards in the sidebar and temporarily block any active cards to prevent further unauthorized use
Review your account — Check for any changes you didn't make (new members, new beneficiaries, changed settings)
Contact support — Reach out through the chat or email support@neno.co with "URGENT: Fraud" in the subject line. We can restrict account access and investigate the suspicious activity
Do not approve any SCA prompts — If you receive confirmation requests you didn't initiate, do not approve them
Under SEPA regulations, you may be able to get unauthorized transactions reversed. The sooner you report the issue, the better the chances of recovering funds.
