3D Secure (3DS) is an additional security layer for online card payments. When you make a purchase online with your Neno card, the merchant's payment system may trigger a 3DS verification step.
When this happens, you'll receive a notification or prompt asking you to confirm the payment. This might be through:
An in-app notification to approve or decline the transaction
A passcode or biometric confirmation
3DS protects you against unauthorized online card use. If you receive a 3DS prompt for a purchase you didn't make, decline it and contact support immediately.
If a legitimate online payment keeps failing at the 3DS step, make sure your app notifications are enabled and that you're completing the confirmation within the time limit (usually 5 minutes).
