How do I download a bank statement?
To download a bank statement from your Neno account:
Go to Transactions in the sidebar
Open the Statements section
Choose between Monthly statements (pre-generated for each calendar month) or Custom (select your own date range)
Select the period you need and click Download
Monthly statements are generated automatically at the end of each calendar month. For custom date ranges, you can generate a statement for any period and download it as a PDF or CSV file.
Bank statements include all transactions (incoming and outgoing) with dates, amounts, references, and counterparty details.
