What are SEPA Direct Debits?
SEPA Direct Debits (also known as "incasso" in Dutch) allow a company to collect payments directly from a customer's bank account, based on a signed mandate.
With your Neno account, you may encounter direct debits in two ways:
Incoming direct debits β A company you've authorized (e.g., a subscription service) collects payments from your Neno account
Outgoing direct debit collection β If you have a creditor identifier, you can collect payments from your customers' accounts
You can view direct debit transactions in your Transactions history. If you believe a direct debit was unauthorized, you can request a refund β SEPA rules allow you to dispute unauthorized direct debits within 13 months.
