How do I send a SEPA transfer?
To send a SEPA transfer from your Neno business account:
Open your Neno banking dashboard and click Payments in the sidebar
Select New Transfer — this opens the transfer form
Enter the recipient's name and IBAN
Enter the amount and an optional reference (payment description)
Review the details and confirm the transfer
SEPA transfers within the Single Euro Payments Area are processed in euros (EUR). Standard SEPA transfers typically arrive within 1 business day.
You can view the status of your transfer under Transactions in the sidebar. Pending transfers appear in the Upcoming tab.
