How do I set up a standing order (recurring payment)?
To set up a recurring payment from your Neno account:
Go to Payments in the sidebar
Select Recurring Transfer
Enter the recipient's name and IBAN
Enter the amount and reference
Set the frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly) and start date
Review and confirm
Once created, the standing order will automatically send the specified amount at the chosen interval. You can view and manage your active standing orders under Transactions → Standing Orders in the sidebar.
