Can I send an international transfer?

Yes, Neno supports international transfers for payments outside the SEPA zone. To send an international transfer:

  1. Go to Payments in the sidebar

  2. Select International Transfer

  3. Enter the recipient's details, including their name, IBAN or account number, and BIC/SWIFT code

  4. Select the currency and enter the amount

  5. Review and confirm the transfer

International transfers may take 2–5 business days depending on the destination country and intermediary banks. Fees may apply for international transfers — these will be shown before you confirm.
