How do I download a transaction confirmation?

To download a confirmation or proof of payment for a specific transaction:

  1. Go to Transactions in the sidebar

  2. Find and click on the transaction you need a confirmation for

  3. In the transaction detail view, look for the option to download the transaction confirmation

The confirmation is typically available as a PDF document that includes the transaction details: amount, date, sender, recipient, IBAN, and reference. This can be used as proof of payment for your records or to share with third parties.

Note: Transaction confirmations are available for completed (booked) transactions only.
