Which BV incorporation package should I choose?
All Neno BV incorporation packages include exactly the same service — the only difference is how quickly your BV is registered. Every package includes the notarial deed of incorporation, articles of association, shareholder register, KvK registration with digital extract, UBO register filing, KNB quality fund contribution, and a free Neno business bank account and card.
The three packages
Standard — €449 (excl. 21% VAT): Registration in approximately 12 business days. Best if you're planning ahead and don't need your BV urgently.
Fast — €749 (excl. 21% VAT): Registration in approximately 5 business days. Includes priority notary scheduling and expedited document review. Good if you have a deadline coming up.
Urgent — €1,049 (excl. 21% VAT): Registration in approximately 3 business days. Includes rush notary coordination, same-day document turnaround, and dedicated support. Choose this if you need your BV as soon as possible.
Processing times begin once all identity documents have been approved by the notary partner (typically within 24 hours of submission).
BV + Holding structure
If you want to set up both a holding BV and an operating BV in one go, Neno offers a BV + Holding package for €798 (excl. 21% VAT). This incorporates both companies in a single process at Standard speed (approximately 12 business days). A holding structure is commonly used for tax optimization and asset protection.
You can incorporate up to 3 BVs at once through Neno.
Additional costs to be aware of
Additional shareholders (beyond the first): €101 per additional shareholder (excl. VAT)
Company as a shareholder (e.g., your existing holding): €75 UBO check per company shareholder (excl. VAT)
English-language documents: €96 add-on (excl. VAT), available with any package
Common scenarios
Solo founder, starting fresh: Choose based on how quickly you need your BV. Standard is the most popular choice for founders who are planning ahead.
Solo founder with a holding company: If you want to incorporate a new operating BV under your existing holding, you can use any of the three packages. Note the €75 UBO check will apply since your holding is a company shareholder. If you want to set up both the holding and the operating BV at once, use the BV + Holding package (€798).
Multiple founders: All packages work the same — just add €101 per additional shareholder. All founders will need to complete identity verification.
