The Knowledge Assistant is your personal AI helper, built right into Joy. Chat with it to get instant answers, sourced exclusively from the Knowledge Center.

Let's look at some ways the Knowledge Assistant can improve your workflow.

Organization-specific responses: Unlike general AI tools, the Knowledge Assistant is designed to work with your organization’s content. Because it can pull information directly from the assets in your Knowledge Center, the answers you get are relevant and accurate.

The data you add to Joy is private and isn’t used to train the AI.

Multiple (organized) chats: Need to work on Project A, then quickly ask about Client B, and then jump to a general company question? No problem! You can have separate chats with the Knowledge Assistant for all your different tasks. With separate chats, information and history for a topic stay in one place, making it easy for you to find exactly what you need and pick up where you left off.


Viewing the Knowledge Assistant

To view the Knowledge Assistant, click the Knowledge Assistant icon. Knowledge Assistant icon.
