The steps to perform a hard reset depend on the type of Light Engine in your lamp. Follow the appropriate instructions below:
For N1 Light Engines:
Simply place the Light Engine on the charger for 1 minute. The reset will occur automatically.
For UNO or PRO Light Engines:
Press and hold the power button for 10–15 seconds.
Observe the LED indicator lights on the base of the Light Engine:
The LEDs will begin blinking while you hold the power button.
Continue holding until two green LEDs blink, then release the button.
The lamp LED may turn on and off several times during the reset process.
Once the lamp LED has turned off completely, the hard reset is complete.
