To permanently delete your account in the Neshamah app, please follow these steps:
Open the Neshamah app.
Log in with your account credentials.
Tap on Settings in the app menu.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your choice when prompted.
Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your Neshamah account:
All personal data (such as your profile information, preferences, and saved playlists) is permanently removed from our servers.
App activity data (such as favorites, history, and custom settings) is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Non-personal data (such as anonymized analytics information) may be retained for service improvement, but it is no longer linked to your identity.
You will no longer have access to any content or services that require an active Neshamah account.
