What happens if I name more than one Attorney-in-Fact?

Updated over 4 years ago

Generally, you can name more than one person as your Attorney-in-Fact (also known as "Agent"). NetLaw's Power of Attorney provides that multiple Agents may act unanimously or independently. This adds flexibility so that if one Agent cannot serve, the others may continue serving without interruption.
