Log into your Net32 account, hover your mouse over the “My Account” drop-down, and click on 'Orders':
Locate and click on the order number for the missing order or product.
Select the 'Get Help with Order' button next to the product that is missing:
Select 'Other Issue' from the menu provided:
Please include any relevant information such as: if the entire order is missing or a list of the product(s) you are missing:
Click ‘Send’, and a notice will appear that the request has been submitted.
Once submitted, please allow the Customer Support team 24-48 business hours to process this request and receive a response from the vendor.
