If you receive a product that is incorrect or not as expected based on the description, photos of the product in question are required to process a refund or reshipment. To avoid a vendor dispute over the nature of the issue, please take a clear, bright, and ideally reflection free photo of the product, being sure to include:

  • Brand name and product name clearly legible

  • Product code (also known as the “reference code, “item number,” or “VP code”) typically found near the product’s barcode

  • Shipping label, with the “from” address and tracking number clearly legible

If you are unable to send a photo of the shipping label because you have already discarded the shipping container, please tell us explicitly that it was already discarded.

We’ve provided a few example photos below. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
