If you have a product quality concern, photos of the product in question are required to process a refund or a reshipment. To avoid a vendor dispute over the condition of the product, please take a clear, bright, and ideally reflection free photo of the product, being sure to include:
Any visible defect
Brand name and product name clearly legible
Product code (also known as the “reference code,” “item number,” or “VP code”) typically found near the product’s barcode
Serial number or lot number
Shipping label with the “from” address and tracking number clearly legible
If you are unable to send a photo of the shipping label because you have already discarded the shipping container, please tell us explicitly that it was already discarded.
